Lower Moor Brown TroutThis is one of my all time favourite Trout fisheries. Lower Moor has consistenly provided great sport and always a full bag limit. A fine grown on Brown Trout caught during the summer months at Lower Moor (Left) in Mallard Lake.

Mallard LakeBetween the bank of "Mallard" lake and the island the lake bed falls away steeply and quite a few "monster" fish have been tempted but as yet I am still to catch one of Lower Moors Giants!

Mallard Lake - Top end

A Favourite spot on "Mallard" 25 acre lake(furthest fisherman you can see) You have to wade out to the island but well worth the effort as you're right in the middle of the action at what seems all times during the day!

This is another favourite sport on the smaller "Cottage" lake. Many of these Rainbow Trout have fallen to my own variation called the "Wiggle Nymph" or as a collegue calls it the "Surrey Certain"!..I wonder why?
